This is an AU Pirates of the Caribbean roleplay. It takes place immediately after the events of Dead Man's Chest.
Following the race to Isla Cruces and the heart of Davy Jones, Captain Jack Sparrow escaped on the Black Pearl with Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann and his crew. His former first mate turned enemy, Hector Barbossa, has returned from the land of the dead for unknown reasons. While Sparrow believes he has the heart in his possession, it has actually been delivered to Lord Cutler Beckett by former Commodore James Norrington. Davy Jones, enraged that Sparrow managed to outrun him and the Flying Dutchman, has begun a hunt for the pirate in order to settle his debt and take his heart back.
The East India Trading Company's power is increasing, and the days of piracy seem to be drawing to a close. Anything can happen. Choose your side, hoist the colours, and begin your voyage.
